Millbrook Park Phase 2 - Scaffolding, Loading Bays & Hoist Integration
Archis Scaffolding was appointed to deliver comprehensive access and vertical transport solutions for Phase 2 of the Millbrook Park residential development in Barnet. The project spanned three distinct residential blocks, requiring a coordinated scaffolding and hoist installation programme to maintain safety, logistics, and progress across the site.
Our works included traditional tube and fitting scaffolding with loading bays installed to the full height of the 7-storey Block A, which houses 85 apartments. We also provided access scaffold and hoist solutions for the 3-storey semi-detached Block D (5 houses and 2 apartments) and the double-storey duplex Mews Block C.
As the site was highly regulated, all scaffolding designs were engineered and submitted for rigorous review and approval prior to any on-site activity. The access package also integrated external passenger and goods hoists, designed, installed, and maintained by our in-house Hoist Division to ensure seamless vertical access throughout the build.
